The Periodical Test
The Periodical Test is a process which is used to assess or measure the performance, quality etc. of a machine, equipment, components or a system. These tests are conducted with a regularly such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half yearly or Yearly depends on the system or machine. It is one of the most important element of the preventive maintenance which tells the condition and efficiency of the machine or system. To ensure the effective maintenance you must conduct the periodical test on right time.

Insulation Resistance Test: We conduct insulation resistance test to determine the actual insulation strength of the electrical cable. The electrical cable are wrapped by an insulation materials like rubber, pvc etc. to isolate the metal conductor electrically. This materials lost its insulation property day by day because of heat, stress and environmental condition. So we measure the insulation resistance of cable which tells the insulation strength. This test is recommended at least 1 time a year.
Thermographic Scanning Test: It is very important to know the thermal condition of a system, circuit or a panel. Thermographic scanning conducted on running condition of a machine, circuit, or an electrical panel. The results of the scanning we have got the infrared image which is suitable determine the heat produce by that machine, or circuit. This test is recommended at least 2 time a year.
Earthing Resistance Test: Earthing resistance test is conducted to know the earthing strength of an electrical system. The earthing system with very resistance could guarantee you the best performance. So it is necessary to determine the earthing resistance twice a year.
